To host one of my plays is very simple. All of the promotional materials can be accessed through the links to the right of this column. There are flyers and bulletin announcements, play descriptions and playbills. The playbills should only be distributed to the audience attending the performance. The rest can be utilized at your discretion as far in advance as you think is necessary to get the word out. The most effective way to let people know that I will be coming is a brief announcement after masses, notify the others churches in your deanery, and for the really zealous, perhaps a press release in your local catholic newspaper
The best place to have the performance is the best place available for people to see and hear me clearly. If the father permits, I prefer to do the play in church as long as the sight lines and acoustics are good. I am open to suggestions as you know your facilities better than I.
You can expect to see me about an hour and a half before the performance so I can setup, get in costume, and pray for help.
